Please remember that most plants are dormant in Autumn/Winter so your order may have no leaves until Spring.

A stunning plant that also produces great food! Produces edible tubers (a perennial artichoke). A mass of sunflowers stand around 1 metre tall. Likes a well-draned soil; hardy to -30°C

A medium sized deciduous tree from China, fast growing in most soils, even chalk. Cultivated in China for its edible young shoots and leaves which are cooked and have an onion/garlic flavour. Hardy to -35ºC

Jerusalem Artichoke or Sunchoke - Helianthus tuberosus
Approx 400g of tubers. Jerusalem artichokes produce edible tubers that have a potato-like texture, which can be left in the ground over winter and harvested as wanted. Grow to about 1 metre high and sometimes produce mini sunflower blooms. 8 bare root plants
